The opera will start promptly at the performance time on your ticket.
Beat the traffic and get the most out of each performance at a free pre-performance talk in the auditorium one hour prior to each performance.
Join us after each performance for an informative Q&A hosted by Director of Artistic Administration Matt Cooksey and Director of Production Todd King.
As a courtesy to the performers and other audience members, latecomers will be asked to wait in the lobby until an appropriate break in the performance, and may be given alternative seating. All late seating is at the discretion of House Management staff.
To ensure the enjoyment of all our patrons, children under six years old are not permitted in the theater.
Tickets can be exchanged up to 4:00 pm on the day of a weekday performance or 4:00 pm on Friday before a weekend performance, either in person at Florida Grand Opera’s administrative offices, by mail, or by phone. The exchange fee is $10 per ticket. Exchanges are free for subscribers. Upgrade fees may apply. We are unable to perform exchanges at the performance venue. Subject to availability.
If you are unable to attend a performance, you can donate your ticket back for a tax-deductible receipt.
No problem! Our box office staff can give you a location pass for your seat when you arrive at the theater.
