How the Rental Process Works

Step 1: Submit your inquiry
Share which production(s) you are interested in, your proposed performance dates, venue information, and whether you are seeking a full production package or specific elements only.

Step 2: Review information
Our team will provide photos, technical summaries, and basic inventories to help you evaluate fit, scale, and logistics.

Step 3: Receive a custom quote
You will receive a tailored quote based on length of run, elements requested, shipping considerations, and any special services required.

Step 4: Confirm and plan
Once the agreement is in place, we coordinate shipping, insurance, timelines, and any remote or on-site support as needed.

Step 5: Production support
As you move into rehearsals and performances, our team is available to answer questions and provide guidance on layout, rigging notes, costume organization, and best practices for maintaining the production.
